Steps to Calibrate the High Voltage (HV) Cap
1. Ensure the system is turned off before proceeding.
2. Open Both Panels
  - Loosen the 5 screws at the back of the system form each panel ( 10 screws at total ) - Fig 1.
3. Connect the Fluke (Multimeter)
  - Attach the multimeter leads:
    - Black to VCAP (Negative)
    - Red to VCAP (Positive)
  - Refer to Fig 2 for proper connection.
4. Turn on the Fluke
  - Set the multimeter to V (DC) mode, as shown in Fig 2.
5. Connect Both IPL and Laser Applicators to the System
  - any IPL applicator and Laser to the system to begin the calibration.
6. Turn on the System
  - Power up the system and allow it to boot up.
7. Enter Service Mode - 31416
  - Select Calibration.
  - Then press High Voltage.
8. Check the Voltage Measurement
  - At this point, the measurement on the Fluke (multimeter) and the reading on the screen (HV Cap) should both show 117V.
  - If the result is significantly higher or lower than 117V, proceed to the next step.
9. Adjust the Potentiometer
  - Using the potentiometer on the charger card (refer to Fig 3), make small adjustments to bring the voltage reading on the Fluke to 117V.
  - Continue adjusting until the Fluke displays exactly 117V.
10. Set the Voltage on the Screen
  - Use the arrows on the screen to set the voltage to 117V, then press Exit to save the settings.
11. Test the Applicator
  - Try using any applicator to ensure it is working properly after calibration.
This should resolve any calibration issues and allow the applicators to function correctly.
