Technical Note: Discharge Resistors
Dear Distributor,
Based on feedback from Distributors, Formatk identified a technical failure in a small number of Discharge resistors harness (PN HR80037-A) which resulted in Error #3 on Alpha / MAGMA Spark Pro units. This was limited to a small number of units and in most cases was addressed in coordination with the local distributor.
To avoid such situations in the future and make the systems more rubout, Formatk decided to upgrade this item.
Moving forwards, the Discharge resistors harness (PN HR80037-A) will be replaced with Discharge resistors plate PN AS90410. All Alpha / MAGMA Spark Pro units that were produced since September 2021 already include this part. There is no need to take any privative action.
